You have to be a little crazy to love a curtis wright model 2

The Model 2’s are a marvel of quirky engineering and construction. Until nearly the last rivet (of thousands) goes in, the whole trailer flops around like a wet noodle. It’s ultimate strength comes from those thousands of connections and a stressed body-frame construction that cantilevers and hangs the rear section of the trailer from the walls and roof.

It’s a throwback to an earlier era of camping. With a few hidden technology upgrades, this Model 2 retains its simple comfort and functionality.
